Dr. Elle Surgent
MD CCFP (Family Medicine, rapid access pain referrals, non-surgical cosmetic procedures)
Dr. Surgent was born and raised in Edmonton Alberta and attended Medical School at the the University of Alberta. After medical school she went on to complete Family Medicine Residency at McMaster University.
During this time, she had a special interest in pain and sports medicine and completed multiple rotations in these fields. After graduation she completed multiple training and certifications in ultrasound guided musculoskeletal injections.
Dr. Surgent has a passion for holistic healthcare, following patients through all stages of life in Family Medicine and incorporating multidisciplinary management with a focus long lasting results and improvements in overall quality of life.
Dr. Surgent is also accredited in non-surgical cosmetics including Botox, PRP, and hyaluronic acid filler, and laser skin treatments. She loves helping patient achieve harmonious and natural results with a focus on highlighting a patient's natural beauty.
She prides herself on patient education, informed choice, and building long term relationships with patients so they can be in charge oftheir care.
When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband, learning (poorly and loudly according to her husband) to play violin, and doing crossfit.
